The aim of this zine is to make crafts as easy and accessible as possible while still allowing a person to complete something by themselves. This gives the person both something to occupy their mind and helps give a sense of achievement; two things that could help improve someone’s mental health, especially if they’re struggling to focus for long periods of time. This is achieved by giving easy to understand instructions and guides for the craft in question, with detailed templates where needed, reducing the stress that trying new things can cause as much as possible and just delivering that enjoyment of the craft.
